§ 27-874 Annual inspection of chimney connectors. Chimney connectors for boilers subject to section two hundred four of the labor law shall be inspected at least once a year by the commissioner or by a duly authorized insurance company, as provided in subdivision (b) of section 27-793 of article two of subchapter fourteen of this chapter and shall be subject to procedures listed therein.
