8.120.195 Transfer of ownership. If a rental housing property in the self-certification program is transferred to a new owner, the property shall remain in the self-certification program for two years following the date of transfer, unless it is sooner removed from the self-certification program pursuant to subsection B of Section 8.120.150. After the two-year period, the rental housing property shall become subject to routine inspection in accordance with Article III of this chapter. (Ord. 2013-0013 § 1)
