17.500.040 Provisions for resubdivision. Where property is subdivided into lots substantially larger than the minimum size required by these regulations or by the zoning districts in which the subdivision is located, whichever is most restrictive, streets and lots shall be required to be laid out so as to permit future resubdivision in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.
