3-54-080 Application of uniform revenue procedures ordinance. The provisions of the Uniform Revenue Procedures Ordinance, Chapter 3-4 of this Code, shall apply to and supplement this chapter to the extent they are not clearly inconsistent herewith, and, notwithstanding any provisions of that ordinance to the contrary, the electricity infrastructure maintenance fee imposed by this chapter shall be deemed a revenue measure and shall not be deemed a regulatory, compensation or franchise fee, for purposes of the application of that ordinance.
