§ 1-71 Referrals for Mediation. The Law Enforcement Bureau may suggest or a respondent, complainant, or necessary party may request that a case be referred to the Office of Mediation and Conflict Resolution for mediation of a settlement or conciliation agreement. If complainant, respondent, and all other necessary parties agree to enter into mediation, the Law Enforcement Bureau may, in its discretion, refer a case to the Office of Mediation and Conflict Resolution.
