§ 120-111.5.  House Standing Committee on State Personnel. If the House of Representatives does not have a Committee on Pensions and Retirement but does have a Committee on State Personnel, then any reference to the "Committee on Pensions and Retirement" in the remainder of this Article shall, as to the House of Representatives, be construed as a reference to the "Committee on State Personnel." (2011-14, s. 1.)
