4-58-040 Unlawful acts. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to allow or engage in BYOB at any location where BYOB is prohibited under Section 4-58-030. (b) In addition to any other penalty provided by law, which may include license suspension or revocation, any person who violates this section shall be subject to a fine of not less than $500.00 nor more than $1,000.00 for each offense. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Added Coun. J. 7-30-14, p. 85727, § 1)
