7-51-060 Use of proceeds. All proceeds of the surcharge imposed pursuant to this chapter, after the deductions allowed by Sections 7-51-030 and 7-51-040, shall be promptly transmitted to the Board for deposit into the emergency telephone system fund as established by Chapter 3-64 of this Code and shall be used only for the purposes set forth in Section 3-64-160.
