SEC. 46.94. DISPLAY OF PERMIT. (Amended by Ord. No. 183,819, Eff. 9/30/15.) Any Tobacco Retailer's Permit issued pursuant to this article shall be prominently displayed in public view at the location for which it is issued. A violation of this section shall be punishable as an infraction.
