8-8-040 Revocation of license. The license of any such person or employees thereof directly involved in the violation of Sections 8-8-020 or 8-8-030 may be revoked, and also the license of the vehicle or conveyance used may be revoked in the discretion of the mayor. No license so revoked hereunder shall be reinstated until the lapse of a period of one year after such revocation. (Prior code § 192-4)
