§ 28-320.6.1.1 Limitation on the use of renewable energy credits. The department shall by rule limit the amount of a deduction authorized pursuant to section 28-320.6.1. In determining such limit, the department shall consider items 1 through 3 of this section. 1. The availability or expected availability of renewable energy credits; 2. Environmental justice impacts; and 3. Any other relevant factor determined to be related to the use of or restrictions on the use of such credits.
