17.840.010 Citation and authority. This chapter is enacted under the authority granted by Chapter 4.5 (commencing with section 66498.1) of Division 2 of Title 7 of the California Government Code (hereinafter referred to as the vesting tentative map statute), and may be cited as the vesting tentative map ordinance.
