9-114-260 Revoked, surrendered and rescinded licenses - Reissuance. Any license for which an application for renewal has not been made as specified within this chapter or which has been revoked, surrendered, rescinded, cancelled or otherwise forfeited, may be reissued by the commissioner pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
