2-176-060 Fees. The Clerk is authorized to establish a reasonable fee for applications for a City of Chicago ID sufficient to cover the cost of administering the Program, and if such a fee is established, shall adopt rules permitting an Applicant who cannot afford to pay such fee to receive a full or partial waiver.
