14A-3-311.2.3 Hearing. Within seven days from the date notice is posted pursuant to Section 14A-3-311.2.2.1 or notice is mailed pursuant to Section 14A-3-311.2.2.2, whichever is later, the owner may submit a written request for a hearing to contest the basis for demolition. The request must be in writing and submitted to the building official in the manner specified in the notice sent pursuant to Section 14A-3-311.2.2. If the seventh day falls upon a Saturday, Sunday, or City holiday, the last day to file a request is the next business day. (Added Coun. J. 1-26-22, p. 43756, Art. I, § 3)
