Sec. 22.513. Limitations on Communications Services. Communications services shall not include construction, installation, operation or maintenance of scientific investigation electronic equipment of the Police Department or data processing systems and services under control of the Department of Information Services nor shall such services include operation of the Police Complaint Boards or operation of the Fire Dispatch and Communications Centers.
