14C-1-103.3 Submission of required documents. If, pursuant to the requirements of Section 14A-1-104.7 or 14A-6-601.1.4, the authority having jurisdiction authorizes a mandated inspection of any equipment regulated by this code, the owner of the building in which such equipment is located shall comply with Section 14A-6-601.1.4 and with all applicable rules. For purposes of this section, the term "owner" shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Chapter 14A-2. (Amend Coun. J. 4-10-19, p. 100029, Art. V, § 2)
