SEC. 97.0305. SAFETY VALVE - INSTALLATION - SEALING. No person shall install any steam safety valve, unless the valve is constructed so that the discharge can be piped to some point acceptable to the Department as being safe. No person shall remove the seal, tamper with, change the setting or repair any safety valve or safety relief valve without having first received permission from the Department.
