Sec. 4.113.1. Increments of time reporting. Hours worked shall be accounted for in increments of six (6) minutes. Overtime shall be earned, credited and paid or taken off (compensatory time off) in increments of six (6) minutes. No overtime credit shall be allowed for a period of less than six (6) minutes.
