5-10-030 Right of first refusal conferred. This chapter shall be construed to confer upon each tenant association a right of first refusal to purchase any rental property for sale in the areas bound by 60th St. to the North, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Dr. to the West, South Chicago Ave. to the Southwest, 71st St. to the South, and South DuSable Lake Shore Dr. to the East, pursuant to the terms set forth herein upon each tenant association or tenant(s) under Section 5-10-060(b)(3).
