§ 163-166.11A.  Notation on provisional ballot. Whenever a voter is permitted to vote a provisional ballot, the election official issuing the ballot shall annotate in writing or other means on the ballot that it is a provisional ballot. (2013-381, s. 52.1; 2017-6, s. 3; 2018-146, s. 3.1(a), (b).)
