Section FC 5103: Classification of Aerosol Products 5103.1 Classification levels. Aerosol products shall be classified as Level 1, 2 or 3 in accordance with FC 5102.1. Aerosol products in cartons which are not identified shall be classified as Level 3. 5103.2 Identification.
