Baltimore City Code, Article 28, § 26-1 Fee imposed.

§ 26-1. Fee imposed. In accordance with State Public Safety Article § 1-311, an additional charge of $1 per month is levied and imposed on all current bills rendered for switched local exchange access service, wireless telephone service, or other 911-accessible service within Baltimore City. Baltimore City Code, Article 28, § 26-2 Application.

§ 26-2. Application. This charge: (1) is in addition to the 911 fee imposed by State Public Safety Article § 1-310; and (2) shall be applied to all current bills rendered for switched local exchange access service, wireless telephone service, or other 911-accessible service within Baltimore City.
