4-4-350 Violation - Penalty. In addition to any other penalty provided by law, any person who violates any provision of Title 4 or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder, where no other penalty is specifically provided, shall be fined not less than $400.00 nor more than $5,000.00 for each offense.
