14A-1-104.6 Code revision. The building official is authorized and directed to investigate and make recommendations, from time to time, to the Mayor, with respect to additions or revisions of the Chicago Construction Codes, as may be necessary or appropriate for the enforcement and regulation required by this title, and to make recommendations to the Mayor, with respect to permit fees set forth in the Chicago Construction Codes at least once every three years, as measured from January 1, 2009.
