§ 20-183.33.  Penalty for violation. Any person who violates the provisions of this Article by obtaining, accessing, preserving, or disclosing data obtained in accordance with this Article in a manner other than that allowed by the provisions of this Article is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
