§ 1-1. Oath of office.
The Comptroller, before entering upon his duties, shall take the usual oath of office.

§ 1-2. Clerk to the Board of Estimates.
The Comptroller or the Comptroller’s designee shall perform the duties of Clerk to the Board of Estimates.
