SEC. 57.104.13. AUTHORITY TO ISSUE PARKING NOTICES. The Chief shall have the authority to issue parking control notices as provided in Sections 22500, 22500.1, 22514 and 41102 of the California Vehicle Code when an illegally parked vehicle blocks access to a fire hydrant, fire lane, or obstructs access to or from a fire station.
