SEC. 53.57. UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - CERTIFICATES. (Amended by Ord. No. 129,259, Eff. 2/19/65.) Only those persons who own or harbor a dog duly vaccinated in accordance with the provisions of this article, or meet exemption qualifications shall possess the completed vaccination certificates. It shall be unlawful for any person except a licensed veterinarian, or a licensed vendor of the vaccine to make use of or have in their possession any uncompleted vaccination certificate. It shall be unlawful for any person to make use of or have in their possession a stolen or counterfeit vaccination certificate.
