SEC. 57.5706.4.7.31. CREWED BARGES. At least one member of the crew of a crewed tank vessel barge shall be on board at all times except when the vessel is gas-free or is moored at a dock or terminal at which guard service is provided, or unless reasonable precautions are taken to prevent unauthorized persons from boarding the barge.
