Sec. 10.8.1.1. Summary of Thresholds. The following thresholds will be used to determine the non-discrimination and affirmative action requirements set forth in this chapter for each type of contract. Non-discrimination Practices as outlined in Section 10.8.2 of this Code apply to all contracts. Equal Employment Practices as outlined in Section 10.8.3 of this Code apply to all construction contracts of $1,000 or more and all non-construction contracts of $1,000 or more. Affirmative Action Program as outlined in Sections 10.8.4 and 10.13 of this Code applies to all Construction Contracts of $25,000 or more and all non-Construction Contracts of $25,000 or more.
