3-56-110 Allocation of revenues. All revenues derived from license and transfer fees shall be kept as a separate fund and used for paying the cost of repair, maintenance and improvement of streets and alleys; traffic law enforcement; automobile emission control testing and such other uses as the city council shall authorize in the annual appropriation ordinance, or otherwise direct.
