4-298-100 License - Issuance. An applicant who satisfies all of the requirements imposed under this chapter shall be issued a license by the Commissioner upon payment of the required fees. No supervising elevator mechanic shall be appointed or employed by more than one licensed elevator mechanic contractor in accordance with Section 4-298-060. (Added Coun.
