14X-7-702.4 Hazards. Where the electrical system in a structure constitutes a hazard to the occupants or the structure by reason of inadequate service, improper fusing, insufficient receptacle, or lighting outlets, improper wiring or installation, deterioration or damage, or for similar reasons, the owner must make repairs or alterations to the electrical facilities sufficient to eliminate the hazard.
