14A-1-105.9.9 Phased permitting. On and after December 1, 2026, the building official may allow a permit application that seeks a permit for the second or subsequent phase of a project for which the first phase permit was issued under the 2022 Chicago Energy Transformation Code to be issued and built under that code.
