SEC. 57.117.3.1. CERTIFICATES OF FITNESS - PERIOD VALID. Every Certificate of Fitness issued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of issuance, and may be renewed for additional three-year periods at the discretion of the Chief as set forth below.
