4-156-590 License - Posting - Transferability - Notice of changes. Every license issued pursuant to this Article shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises. No transfer of ownership shall be allowed on any license issued under this Article. It is a condition of the license that information in the application be kept current.
