Purpose of 211 services
Ind. Code § 12-13-16-7
in effectSec. 7. It is the policy of the state that 211 services should, in an orderly and efficient manner:
(1) provide access to human services; and
(2) collect needed information about human services and the delivery of human services in Indiana.
