§ 116-231.  Reestablishment of the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics as a Constituent High School of The University of North Carolina. The North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics is hereby reestablished, as a constituent high school of The University of North Carolina, and shall be governed by the Board of Governors as prescribed in this Chapter and a Board of Trustees as prescribed in this Article.(1985, c. 757, s. 206(b); 2006-66, s. 9.11(k).)
