160.710. Notification of privacy rights -- Written policies Parents or eligible students shall be informed of the rights of privacy and confidentiality accorded student education records. The educational institution shall determine the means and method of notice and adopt written policies consistent with the state law. Effective: July 15, 1994 History: Created 1994 Ky.
