Sec. 19.6.1. Petition Processing Fee. Before the Bureau of Engineering accepts an application made pursuant to the provisions of this section, the Bureau shall charge a fee in the amount of the actual cost of services provided by the Bureau of Engineering pursuant to provisions set forth in Sections 7.44 of this Code. Applications under this section shall be accompanied by a deposit to be applied towards this fee before acceptance of the applications by the City Engineer. SECTION HISTORY Added by Ord.
