NYC Admin. Code § 27-725 Scope.

§ 27-725 Scope. The provisions of this subchapter shall establish and control the minimum requirements for light, heat, ventilation, and noise control except as otherwise provided in subchapters six, seven, and eight.

NYC Admin. Code § 27-730 Tests and inspections.

§ 27-730 Tests and inspections. Where required in this subchapter, all equipment and systems shall be subject to tests and/or inspections that would disclose defects or operating conditions dangerous to life or health. Such equipment or systems shall not be operated until these defects or conditions are corrected.
