2.124.2350 Meetings-Selection of chairperson. The commission shall hold meetings upon call of the chairperson, the secretary, or any two members thereof, by giving notice thereof in the manner provided by law. The commission shall select one of its members to act as chairperson to serve for the period of one year, to coincide with the calendar year or until a successor is selected.
