§ 2-400 Definitions. (a) Terms used in this subchapter shall have the meanings specified in § 19-169.2(a) and § 20-531(b) of the New York City Administrative Code. (b) Whenever used in this subchapter, the term "licensee" shall mean a person licensed pursuant to Subchapter 32 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the New York City Administrative Code.
