§ 127B-15.  Penalties. Any person who violates the provisions of this Article shall be deemed guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.  Each violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (1985, c. 522, s. 1; 1993, c. 539, s. 941; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(c).)
