Sec. 6.76. Delinquent Assessment. Upon the expiration of said period of thirty days all assessments then unpaid shall become delinquent and the Board of Public Works shall mark each such assessment “delinquent” on said Assessment Roll and add and collect ten per cent to the amount thereof.
