600.1025. Fees; applicability. Sec. 1025. Except as otherwise provided in sections 1027 to 1031, fees payable in civil actions in circuit court apply to cases in the family division. Add. 1996, Act 388, Eff. Jan. 1, 1998 [Compiler] Former MCL 600.1025, which pertained to circuit court commissioner power to punish for contempt of court, was repealed by Act 297 of 1974, Eff. Apr. 1, 1975.
