Sec. 8.78. Curfew Violations. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 8.77 of this chapter, it shall be a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000.00 or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or both, for any person to violate any curfew established by any lawful rule, regulation, order or directive issued pursuant to this chapter.
