Sec. 2.7.5. Immediate Transmittal of File to Council Asserting Jurisdiction Under Section 245 of the Charter. If the Council acts pursuant to Charter Section 245 to assert its jurisdiction over any action of a board of commissioners, that board shall be immediately notified of the Council action by the City Clerk. Upon receiving notification, the board shall immediately transmit to the Council any file or documents created in connection with that action. SECTION HISTORY Added by Ord.
