Supervision of referendum by Commissioner -- Expenses The manner, conduct, and management of any referendum held under KRS 247.6040 to 247.6070 shall be under the supervision and direction of the Commissioner, and all expenses in connection with the referendum shall be borne by the association conducting the referendum.
